Red Wine Sorbet
Sugar syrup:
10 oz. Sugar
18 oz. Water
Zest of 1 Lemon
Zest of 1 Orange
1 Cinnamon stick
In a saucepan, boil all the ingredients together and reduce
by half. Strain the syrup into a bowl.
Granite:
1 bottle Red wine
10 oz. Sugar syrup
2 Lemons – juiced
2 Oranges – juiced
Combine all ingredients into the bowl containing the sugar
syrup. Then transfer the mixture into a sorbet machine and
blend until frozen smoothly.
